Chairwoman K. Pflugh called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
ADEQUATE NOTICE was given as follows: Notice was sent to the “Star Gazette” and “Express Times.” Notice was posted on the
municipal bulletin board in the township administration building in Washington Township, New Jersey and notice was filed with the Township clerk.
ROLL CALL: Members Present: Mayor Horensky, Mr. Howell, Mr. Elbassiouny, Mr.
Iwaniszyn, Ms. Pflugh Members Absent: Mr. Artigliere, Mr. Klingel, Mr. Rossi, Mr. Bundschuh, Mr. Zaret, Mr. Vergos Also Present: Attorney S. Gruenberg, Engineer W. Gleba
CORRESPONDENCE: A list was provided to the land use
board members.
MINUTES: Minutes from the April 25, 2007 meeting. A motion to approve the minutes as written for the April 25, 2007 meeting was made by Mr. Howell, seconded by Mayor Horensky, Vote: Howell, Horensky, Elbassiouny,
Pflugh - Ayes, 0- Nay, Iwaniszyn - Abstained, motion carried.
COMPLETENESS: 1. Regency at Hawk Pointe - WTPB#2007-09 - Completeness review for a Final Major Site Plan application for Block 65, 65.02, Lots 2,4,1 located on Clubhouse
Drive and Hawk Pointe Blvd. This application will be rescheduled to a future date at the request of the applicant.
2. Michael Verdon - WTPB#2007-11 - Completeness review for a Variance application for Block 38.01 and Lot 7
located at 36 Glen Eagles Road. A motion to deem the application complete with waivers granted for completeness was made by Mr. Iwaniszyn, seconded by Mayor Horensky, Vote: Iwaniszyn, Horensky, Howell, Elbassiouny, Pflugh - Ayes, 0 - Nay,
0 - Abstain, motion carried. The public hearing date for this application is June 13, 2007.
DISCUSSION & PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: 1. Unity Bank - WTPB#2007-07 - Continuation of a Public Hearing for amended Preliminary Major
Site Plan approval for Block 78 Lot 9 located at 5 East Asbury Anderson Road. This application has been continued from the May 9, 2007 meeting. Eligible to Vote: Horensky, Howell, Elbassiouny, Artigliere, Klingel, Bundschuh,
Zaret At the request of the applicant this application has been rescheduled to the June 13, 2007 meeting.
2. Benchmark Enterprises LLC - WTPB#2006-13 - Public Hearing for a Variance application for block 22 lot 3.16 located at 390
Route 57 West. This application has been rescheduled to the June 13, 2007 meeting. 3. B. Apgar - WTPB#WTPB#2006-4 - Public
Hearing for a Minor Subdivision application for Block 17 Lot 6.01 located at 39 Meadowbreeze Lane.
RESOLUTIONS: 1. The Village Shoppes at Hawk Pointe - WTPB#2006-14 - Resolution for a Preliminary Major Site Plan application
with Variance relief for block 65 & 65.02 lots 2,4 & 1 located at 294 Rt. 31 south. This application was granted approval on April 25, 2007. Eligible to Vote: Elbassiouny, Klingel, Horensky, Howell, Iwaniszyn, Pflugh This
resolution will be presented at the June 13, 2007 meeting.
PUBLIC COMMENT: No public comment offered.
ADJOURNMENT: With no further business before the board and no further public comment offered the meeting was
adjourned.
