TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, WARREN COUNTY
Special Meeting
April 2, 2005

The special  meeting of the Township Committee was held this date in the basement of the old Brown and Brown Building, Rt 31, Washington, N.J.  The meeting was called to order at 2:00  p.m. by Mayor David Dempski.

SUNSHINE LAW COMPLIANCE - The Mayor noted that this meeting was being held in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Law of 1975 in as much as a notice had been published in the Star Gazette and transmitted to the Express Times and posted at the municipal building.

ROLL CALL: Dempski, present; Kovacs, present; Mueller, present; Strunk, present; Horensky, present and Township Clerk Mary Ann O’Neil was also present.  Also present were  Ed Gagne, Architect, Chief James Mc Donald and Lieutenant Thomas Cicerelle of the Police Department and Pete de Boer, Public Works Manager

The purpose of the special meeting was to meet with architect Ed Gagne to review plans that have been developed.  The discussion was from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m.

There was then a tour of the building, from 2:45 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. followed by more discussion on the plans.

Strunk made a motion to adjourn at 4:20 p.m., Mueller seconded.  All were in favor.
