Please note that as of October 2010, The Construction Department requires a Continued Certificate of Occupancy (CCO) for resale and rental properties for both commercial and residential. CCO inspections are done on Wednesday afternoons between 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm. This is in addition to the Fire Prevention inspection done by our Fire Marshall, Bill Cooper at (908) 689-1208.
