Code & Construction Office
Washington Township's Code and Construction Office, located at 211 Route 31 North, services residents in Washington Township, Washington Borough, Oxford Township, and White Township. Please enter through the side door / ramp entrance.
Please note that as of April 1, 2015 the Code & Construction Department requires a Continued Certificate of Occupancy (CCO) for both commercial and residential properties vacant for 120 days. This is in addition to the Fire Prevention Smoke Certification inspection done by our Fire Official, Ed Kiley. Please contact him at 908.878.3612.
